Michael Hardy Estate Agents are available during the coronavirus pandemic

The worldwide pandemic has caused huge changes across not only this country, but the entire world. Despite this, we understand that many people need to continue with their lives and make arrangements for how and where they live. That's why we at Michael Hardy remain at your disposal. Although we are working remotely, our team is only a telephone call or an email away.

On this page, you can learn more about how we can help you during this challenging time.

With the situation changing almost daily, we recommend you check the government website for the latest advice on moving during the COVID-19 outbreak.

This page explains how our service will work while restrictions are in place.

Viewings and buying property during COVID-19

Whilst the lockdown means we can no longer provide viewings at each property, our 360 degree walk-throughs and video tours will allow you to take a look around.

Found something you like? We can connect you with the seller via video conferencing so that you can view the property in more detail.

We recommend studying our listings closely and contacting us if you find a property you like. Once the lockdown is lifted, we expect a surge in demand and many of these homes won't be available for long.

Landlords and tenants

Everybody needs a place to live. As with sales, on-premises viewings are currently not possible – however by using the latest video conferencing techniques, you can still look around a property.

Selling property during COVID-19

Although the current restrictions make sales more challenging, web traffic has never been higher and listing your property with us now will give you increased exposure from the millions of people working from home.

The pandemic may cause delays in the actual sale, however starting now will allow you to prepare for when the restrictions are lifted.

We regret that we are presently unable to provide a photographer or show visitors around your property. However, if you can provide your own photographs and videos for inclusion on your listing, we can update them when the restrictions are lifted.

We will let you know when we have received interest in your property. Once we have spoken with the potential buyer, we can connect you with them so you can conduct a video viewing. We will speak with them first, to discuss the property and make sure it is suitable for them so as not to have you running around unnecessarily.

Virtual viewings and video tours

We are using the latest technology including video tours contact us for more information.

We hope this helps. Please get in contact with us if you have any further questions, and we’ll do our best to help!
