Over what was a complex and lengthy sale process, Neal’s proactive communication and measured approach gave us confidence and built trust. He managed both the sale and the purchase well and kept us informed, however there were several occasions where the communication from Michael Hardy’s recommended solicitor fell short, meaning we were not always in the loop on the latest developments, causing additional stress. I went with Michael Hardy because they were the quickest to turn around the sale information post valuation and I thought this was presented professionally. I was also very pleased with the photography for my listing, which I know is a reason people choose Michael Hardy.

We had a house to sell, this was done efficiently and professionally, we had a number of potential buyers and the team at Michael Hardy made a good job of organising this process. I would certainly consider using them again and would recommend them to others. I only dropped one star because I don't think that I was made aware that their charges quoted were less VAT.
