Eversley is a pretty village in northeast Hampshire close to the border of Berkshire. The parish contains a number of hamlets including Eversley Village, Eversley Centre, Eversley Cross, Lower Common and Up Green. The outstanding school, Charles Kingsley's Primary, is located in the village and there is also the independent preparatory school of St Neots. Eversley is on the doorstep of many beautiful nature reserves and woodland areas which provide ample opportunity to appreciate the beautiful countryside by foot or bike. The village green is home to the local cricket club where cricket has been played at Cross Green ground since 1787 and boasts to be one of the oldest grounds in the South of England.
