Consistently great service as a first time buyer, starting from booking an appointment to view a property, all the way to completion 9 months later. Professional, friendly and trustworthy service at all times. The viewing was done excellently with Ricky, without being annoyingly rushed or forced into anything. We were given plenty of time to take things in and it felt like a general chat regarding our impressions rather than being pushed or feeling of being rushed into things. Arranging our second viewing the agents were happy for us to choose if we wanted them present or not. All future enquries, making our formal offer and chasing up of the complex chain with Barny and Neal was excellent - even when we had to apply pressure to hurry the far end of the chain to progress due a looming mortgage expiry and last minute exchange date variations. Genuinely great to do business with and would highly recommend to buyers and sellers. Thanks ever so much for helping us find our first home.
